Turmeric, cinnamon and ginger breakfast smoothie

We all know the importance of a balanced diet, but with our modern-day lifestyle, it’s often difficult to get all the nutrients we need.

The easiest way to ensure we have the recommended daily intake of the essential nutrients we need to maintain healthy bone, joint and muscle health, is to take a supplement that contains them.

Being an athlete, I’ve always been a bit fan of supplements on top of a healthy diet to ensure my body receives all the recommended daily amounts of the nutrients it needs – which is often difficult to get spot-on with food alone.

Having a supplement in powder form is helpful from a convenience point of view, but is also absorbed into the body more efficiently, so I like to add Bodiology to my breakfasts so my body is getting nutrients first thing in the day, to support joint, muscle and bone health.

  • Half a banana
  • 1cm fresh ginger, grated
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup of cow’s milk
  • Bodiology all in one supplement

It’s pretty simple really – whizz all the ingredients together and voila!
